May Ladd, Founder and Chief Executive May is one of Europe's leading authorities in the field of Electronic Document & Records Management (EDRM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), enterprise search, information security & compliance management and Knowledge Management (KM). With over 15 years in-depth experience. May's first role after graduating was working as an image analysis programmer writing software to help researchers analyse all kinds of images e.g. teeth, fish scales and tree bark at Warwick University Science Park. May continued in the image analysis and document management field working as a programmer/consultant at EDS's European Document Management Team (now part of HP) then as a document management project manager for Tower Technology (now part of Open Text) before establishing Vaultium in 2002. May has delivered some of Europe's largest, most innovative and leading-edge document and records management implementations across all major industry sectors. May also held UK Government Security Clearance and consulted on a number of highly confidential document & records management assignments for several UK Government departments. He has also held a number of senior interim management positions supporting a range of clients with their document & records management, information security and compliance requirements. |

May was previously the chair of the content management sub group within the British Computer Society (BCS) and has presented and talked on his subject at various industry and society bodies including the UK Records Management Society (RMS) and Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET).
Having been established as document management trainer in the UK for several years advising over 100 clients create document & records management strategy, business cases and write requirements, is now an international speaker and seminar leader in the field of document and records management compliance and travels across the UK, Europe and Far East helping organisations.
May is absolutely passionate about his field and subject, doesn't agree with being called an 'expert' and continues to lead Vaultium's vision and direction.

Adam Lee, Chief Marketing Officer
Adam has 25 years IT experience, the last 13 in Information Management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Adam has successfully worked with vendors to establish operations in new markets, both geographically and vertically through his passion for marketing and public relations.
Adam held senior positions at global Enterprise Content Management vendor, Open Text Corporation, as Marketing and Business Development Director, Northern Europe and as the EMEA Public Relations lead. Prior to joining Open Text, Adam worked at Tower Technology and Vignette, following Vignette's acquisition of Tower. He joined Objective Corporation, where he established and led their European marketing function. Adam's market knowledge from a business and technical perspective is backed with a domain expertise in a number of vertical and horizontal solution and application spaces.
Adam is passionate about marketing and being at the forefront of the information and document management world.

Alexander Polev, Chief Technical Officer
Alexander is a senior enterprise and information technology architect and infrastructure lead. He has been the lead infrastructure and technical programme lead for multi million pound projects and charity organisations across the world.
Alexander has delivered Electronic Document Management (EDM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using a number of leading software applications including Alfresco, IBM (FileNet) and other large scale enterprise platforms across the world including Israel, USA and the UK.
Alexander is passionate about solving complex technical and infrastructure challenges and building large global internet-based solutions.

Nitin Dahad, Non-Executive Advisor
Nitin Dahad has over 25 years experience working with technology start-ups as well as established companies and organisations, to develop their businesses, brands and market strategies internationally. He currently has roles in consulting, high-tech start-ups, media/publishing, and as a non-executive director/board member in the private and public sector.
His experience covers the entire high-tech area, including electronics and wireless industries, across Europe, USA, and Asia. One of his most significant achievements was in taking UK-based start-up microprocessor company, ARC International, first to Silicon Valley in the USA and subsequently through to a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange. He has also worked with GEC Plessey Semiconductor and Marconi Instruments, taking charge of marketing and brand development, especially in the US where major customers were based.
Nitin is currently chairman of the board of CIP Technologies. In the public sector, Nitin has also served on the boards of East of England Development Agency (EEDA) – where he also serves on various committees including regional innovation, international business and with sector lead on the digital agenda for the region – and on the Board of Governors at the University of Hertfordshire, UK.

Richard Hodson, Security and Compliance Manager
Richard Hodson is a professionally qualified Records Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer with more than 10 years experience in government records management and 10 years experience in the application of the Data Protection Act (DPA). Richard has extensive experience in advising, developing policy & procedures, training and supporting data protection, freedom of information (FOI), records management and coordinating information security audits.

Diploma in Professional Studies: Records and Information Management (Liverpool University) and Certificate in Data Protection (British Computer Society)
