23th December 2010 - New features released, more client subscriptions, partner programme launced and a major national business networking club signs up to use and promote Vaultium to its members!

Well, it's been a very busy year for the team at Vaultium. As we close 2010, we can announce a new, exciting file/folder external share feature that allows clients to securely share part of their vault to external users.

As Vaultium establishes its partner network, a number of IT Support, IT Security, Web Design Agencies are signing up to become our partners.

And finally, a major national business networking club, NRG Business Networks Ltd, has subscribed and will be promoting Vaultium to its members.

18th October 2010 - A leading UK based bio-technology company signs up.

Imagen Biotech, a research and bio-technology company based in Manchester have begun to use Vaultium to safely store and share confidential research and High Content Analysis (HCH) documentation with major pharmaceutical organisations and partners.

28th September 2010 - Vaultium helps MediQuest transfer large confidential files as more businesses sign up with Vaultium.

MediQuest is a leading medical recruitment and locum agency based in North London needed to transfer and share a very large confidential file securely at short notice.MediQuest used Vaultium’s secure document management and collaboration solution to safely transfer and share confidential files.

This month saw Accountants, Solictors, Web Designers and Consultancies sign up to use Vaultium.

31st August 2010 - Vaultium completes a management advisory role with the Learning & Skills Network (LSN).

Vaultium has successfully helped the Learning & Skills Network (LSN) with their document and records management implementation, setting up the controls and procedures for complying with the Data Protection Act (DPA) and managed the introduction, implementation and full certification of ISO27001, the international standard for information security.

10th August 2010 - 'Vaultium' is now a registered community trademark.

The Trademarks and Designs Registration Office of the European Union (EU), OHIM, registered ‘Vaultium’ as a community trade mark (CTM).   

10th May 2010 - Invitation-only beta trial commences on its 8th birthday.

Vaultium begins a comprehensive beta trial programme with a selected group of customers. Vaultium also celebrates it's 8th birthday.

5th March 2010 – Name changed to Vaultium Limited.

Previously ‘trading as’ Vaultium, Vaultium Limited is now the official name of the company. Vaultium is proud that it has been successfully supporting a diverse range of businesses since 2002 and helped with their document management, records management, information security, compliance and scanning requirements.

26th February 2010 – Vaultium signs a strategic partnership with Europe’s most secure internet Data Centre - ‘The Bunker’, located in the UK.

It is arguably one of the most secure non-governmental data centres anywhere in the world!

Vaultium takes security extremely seriously having delivered independent information security advice and compliance services including ISO/IEC 27001 - the only auditable international standard which defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS).

29th January 2010 – Vaultium.com goes live.

We are delighted to announce that after trading since 2002 as CO-DO Limited, the company has re-branded itself as ‘Vaultium’.

‘Vault ium’, the new name was developed to incorporate the values and new online solution, which is to provide military grade secure online document managemen and file sharing for all kinds of businesses at an affordable price.

14th December 2009 - Our consultants deliver a strategic document, records and classfication management seminar in London, United Kingdom.

Through partners, our consultant has delivered a strategic seminar and course on document & records management, compliance and regulation and building a classification system. At the end of the sessions, the delegates rated the seminars as excellent and feedback rated the sessions as extremely insightful and useful. Delegates came from various business sectors including Oil, Gas and Government from around the world including Italy, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. 

4th December 2009 – Vaultium has applied for an EU Community Trade Mark (CTM) with the Office for Harmonization in the Internet Market (OHIM). 

2nd November 2009 - Vaultium moves into new premises to accommodate growth.

To support the expanding team including additional support staff and technical development, Vaultium has moved into Devonshire House. This new office uses the latest security and card entry system has 24-hour remote monitoring security. The office is also conveniently located for access using the London Underground and a short distance from the M1, M25 and A1 motorway network.  

28th September 2009 – Vaultium provides professional scanning service to leading London based mid-sized solicitor firm, Rochman Landua.  

15th July 2009 – Vaultium is the new trading name for CO-DO Limited.

CO-DO Limited has successfully been delivering independent advice and services for over 7 years to leading businesses and government organisations. 

11th May 2009 – Company provides interim document management, records management, ISO 27001 information security and Data Protection Act (DPA) advice and services to leading not for profit organisation.  

20th February 2009 – Company supports Pitney Bowes with strategic document management advice.

17th October 2008 – The Company delivers major document management training for over 3,000 staff at this large central Government department.  

18th August 2008 – Company (in conjunction with partners) delivers document management support for Petro-Canada. 

20th July 2008 – Consultants begin to deliver document management, records management and compliance seminars and programmes across the Middle East. 

30th June 2008 – The Company delivers strategic document and records management services to help establish Ofqual, the new UK Government examinations regulator.

Ofqual is the new regulator of examinations in England. The company delivers key strategic policy, procedures, system advice and set up for their document management and records management initiatives.

16th October 2007 – Company assists an overseas Gas Production Company with strategic procurement advice and guidance for a document, content and records management solution. 

1st August 2007 – The Company supports Capita, one of UK’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) and professional services companies with their clients’ content and document management services. 

21st May 2007 – The Company helps to roll out a large document and records management project for over 3,000 users for this major UK-wide Government organisation.

20th September 2006 – The Company delivers a web content management archiving and guidance for a large Public sector organisation employing over 3,500 staff. 

26th June 2006 – The Company continues to work alongside Atos Origin in France to deliver a large document management project for the French Ministry of Finance. 

5th January 2006 - The Company (in association with partners) is reselected to deliver document management consultancy services to an independent professional & investment management services group employing over 1,200 people, Smith & Williamson.

14th November 2005 – The Company delivers first large scale document management project in Europe.

The French Ministry of Finance (MINEFI) selected the Company to work alongside integrator Atos Origin to assist with the architecture and recommendation of a large document management implementation.  

4th July 2005 – Company (in association with partners) deliver ISO 27001 information security advice and document management services for Woking Borough Council.  

29th June 2005 – Company supports the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) organisation through delivering strategic electronic document & records management services.  

17th May 2005 – Company delivers and project manages the implementation of a new web content management system for a major Government organisation.

2nd August 2004 – In association with partners, BT, Company delivers extensive document management and records management consultancy to the UK’s largest £Multi billion defence sector bid for the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Architecture, security and key document and records management services were provided to recommend a solution for the UK’s largest document management and records management projects catering for over 300,000 users across 2,000 global sites. 

14th June 2004 – Company (in association with partners) assists a large multi-billion pharmaceutical plc employing over 30,000 staff across Europe with their document and records management requirements. 

27th April 2004 – A key speech titled “One small step for EDRM, one large leap for Information Management” is delivered at the Records Management Society Annual Conference and AGM in Bournemouth.

The conference, now in its 7th year, this year is very special as Government organisations prepare for the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act coming into force on 1st January 2005. The presentation provided insight and guidance an enabling online document management technology would help to provide a solution to help meet FOI requests. 

9th April 2004 – The Company (in association with partners) begins to run successful workshops in London, UK, designed to assist clients with their electronic document and records management implementations.

10th July 2003 – Company (in association with partners) helps a leading international law firm, Norton Rose with their content management strategy. 

30th June 2003 – Consultants deliver document and records management lessons learned and best practice guidance for the Records Management Society London Circle. 

24th June 2003 - Consultants gives a talk on content management functions at the British Computer Society (BCS) Configuration Management Conference at Cambridge University.

Presentation includes a comprehensive list of 40 separate requirements for selecting the right Content Management System (CMS). At a time when the document and content management fields are converging, organisations are finding it difficult to create a long-term strategy to solve their growing information requirements. Expert guidance and recommendations was provided to attendees of the event. 

12th June 2003 – Company (in association with partners) delivers strategic document management strategy to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). 

9th May 2003 – Consultants support the Association of Information and Imaging Management (AIIM) by providing free document, content and records management advice and guidance.
