On 10th August 2010, the Trademarks and Designs Registration Office of the European Union (EU), OHIM, registered ‘Vaultium’ as a community trade mark (CTM). The Community trade mark (CTM) and registered Community design (RCD) are the gateway to the European single market – providing protection for Intellectual Property Rights throughout the European Union, which covers 27 countries and almost 500m people.
Many customers, partners, associates and even ‘joe bloggs’ off the street, have easily recognised and congratulated us on having a name that identifies what we are about – allowing our customers to keep their valuable documents and files safe and secure in their own secure ‘vaults’.
Building on this registration and our brand identity will certainly keep our marketing team very busy!
